Customer Service – We take pleasure in providing personal assistance to our customers.

We can help you to match a prior purchase to another garment, provide suggestions or recommendations, and give honest feedback that is to our mutual benefit.

call 604-277-3331 or email ahead (jet-lagtravelfashion@shaw.ca) to request it. We will match you with the right gal, at a time that suits you.

What if you can’t find it?

If we do not presently have a size, style, or colour among items we typically re-order on a frequent basis (for example FDJ French Dressing, Baggallini Bags, certain jewellery, and accessories etc.). We will take your name and a number to check on the availability from our supplier. We will call you with our results. If we are successful, we will request payment and give you approximate date for delivery.

Gift Purchases

Possibly you are buying a gift, we have gift enclosures, or you want that special someone to pick out something on their own, we have gift certificates. Returns and exchanges accepted, on unworn garments with tags on, within 30 days on regular retail merchandise.

Rewards are gratifying

We want you to return a satisfied customer and are pleased to award a 5% credit on regular retail purchases. There is nothing you need do. Make a purchase and we track it for you. Your receipt will show how many points you have accumulated. Once you reach 200 points, we will prompt you to apply your $10 credit to your purchase. You decide whether to use it or accrue it.
